The condo may be rented on a monthly basis, for one or more calendar months. In the fall, shorter lease terms may be available. Rates vary by season:
Monthly Rent
– January through May: $3800/month
– June through August: $3500/month
– September through December: $3000/month
Other Costs
– State-mandated 12.5% Florida tourist tax (for short-term rentals of less than six months)
– A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $125
Security Deposit
A security/utility deposit of $500 for each month of your rental term is required when the lease is signed. During the month after the lease ends, the deposit will be returned less any damages, if applicable.
Cancellations
The deposit is fully refundable if the rental is cancelled 120 or more days before the lease term begins. If cancelled within 120 days of or during the rental period, any monies paid – including rent, cleaning fees and the deposit – are non-refundable.
General Policies
– Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
– No smoking is permitted on the premises.
– Surfside Club does not permit any pets on the property.
– The property may not be subleased without owner’s prior written permission.
– Tenants must agree to abide by The Surfside Club House Rules, which can be downloaded here.
